I’m pretty grateful for any diversion at work...so I was especially impressed with Google’s best ever logo on 9 June, the one celebrating Les Paul’s 96th birthday. If you did miss it here’s a link: http://www.google.com/logos/index.html
You can strum it and apparently people have even played whole songs on it and there’s a button you can click and it records your musical stylings. I wonder how many people have tried to play the riff from “Smoke on the Water” on it? Just me then…
Google’s logos have been getting more and more elaborate in recent months to the point that if I go to Google and the usual logo pops up, I’m a little disappointed.
